Beachwear

                                                            Including  the  Beachwear  product
                                                     collection was a strategy to improve sales in the
                                                     months  of  January  and  February.  In  these
                                                     months there is a decrease, around 30 to 40%,
                                                     in sales of underwear in Brazil, but it is at this
                                                     time of year that sales of beachwear grow a lot
                                                     because it is summer vacation.
                                                            We  used  only  one  raw  material  for  the
                                                     whole collection of beachwear, the same used
                                                     in  the  production  of  underwear,  but  with  a
                                                     thinner width. We did that in order to facilitate
                                                     the  production  and  use  the  same  production
                                                     machinery  in  both  collections.  The  most
                                                     surprising thing about this process was that our
                                                     customers  liked  the  fabric  of  the  beachwear
                                                     collection.  In  this  way,  we  achieved  a  higher
                                                     sales result than we expected and we were able
                                                     to outperform our competitors who worked with
                                                     thick microfiber.
                                                            I  developed  the  entire  collection  with
                                                     unique  and  scanned  prints  and  I  carefully
                                                     selected the colors and themes.
                                                            For  each  print,  I  created  groups  of  5
                                                     different  models,  respecting  all  types  of
                                                     women's  ergometrics  to  reach  all  types  of
                                                     customers, and facilitate sales.
                                                            In  order  to  beautify  the  products  of
                                                     Moema Brasil, we used handmade accessories
                                                     that were produced by poor women in the rural
                                                     area of the city.
                                                            In  addition  to  producing  beautiful
                                                     products, we were able to help improve the lives
                                                     of poor women in my city.
