4. Setup / Prepare / Upload a document(s) for signing
This section provides a brief explanation of how to upload and prepare a document that
requires authorisation (signing).
Upload Document Icon – Browse
for Document on Computer Hard
Drive or Shared Drive.

Library – Browse for Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive
Documents currently uploaded
in your SigningHub Library.

4.1 Click on the “New Workflow” button drop down box in the top left corner menu pane of the
user Workspace.
4.2 In the “New Workflow” dropdown box three document upload types will appear, showing the
list of allowed document types that can be uploaded. Select the signing type suited to your
requirements. I.e. “Only me” (Only you signing the document), “Me and Others” (You and
others signing the document”, “Just Others” (Only others signing the document).
