8  Sign an Document

                  This section provides an explanation on how to authorize (sign or review) a document once the
                  user has opened the document in SigningHub


                  8.1  Click on the sign button on the right-hand side of the document pending signature in your
                      user workspace under the Documents Dashboard. Alternatively, with the pending document

                      opened, click on the Digital Signature box assigned to you. Please note that you cannot
                      specify data in a field or sign in a block which has been assigned to someone else.


                  8.2  A “Sign” popup screen will appear with display options: plain text, draw, or use your uploaded
                      signature.  Depending on what has been set in your SigningHub settings for your signature
                      appearance  is  what  will  be  displayed.  Enter  the  same  password  you  used  to  log  into

                      SigningHub with in the “Password” block and click “Next”.


                  8.3   A “One-Time-Password” popup screen will appear. Enter the OTP received on your mobile
                      phone and click on the “Sign Now” button.

                  8.4  Your signed signature will now appear on the document in the way you have setup signature
                      appearance in your signature settings i.e. Signature only, Signature, Company Logo, Time

                      Stamp details.
