1 tsp agave nectar (if berries are a bit sharp)

               INSTRUCTIONS

               Add all the ingredients, and blend until smooth, around 2 minutes.







               MALTEASERS SMOOTHIE

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup water
               ½ cup coconut milk

               1 tsp caramel flavour
               1 tsp raw cocoa nibs

               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend ingredients for 1 minute, add the cocoa nibs last and blend for 30 seconds more.






               GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
               ½ cup coconut milk
               ¼ cup water

               2 tablespoons unsweetened, un-sulphured raw desiccated/shredded coconut
               1 tsp vanilla extract
               1 tsp raw cocoa nibs


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend ingredients for 1 minute, add the cocoa nibs last and blend for 30 seconds more.




               *Please note that for any of the chocolate based drinks, if you do not have Chocolate protein
               powder available to you, you can still use Vanilla but add a tsp of raw cocoa powder to the
               drink, you will need to increase the liquid by a small proportion to compensate for the extra
               dry powder that you added.
