1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
               ½ cup filtered water

               1 stalk of celery (ends cut off)
               ¼ ripe avocado
               5 or more mint leaves
               1 teaspoon rum flavouring


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Add all the ingredients and blend for about 2 minutes.





                                                FOR THE SWEET TOOTH


               In these recipes, you can add more ice, or freeze slightly to make a more decadent
               smoothie, resembling more of a slightly melted ice cream, or taste like our favourite pie, or
               pudding. These are fantastic when you want that little bit of “something” to curb a sweet
               tooth, even the healthiest among us have one!

               SNICKERS SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
               ½ cup hazelnut milk

               ½ cup water
               2 teaspoons raw peanut butter


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes.




               TERRY’S CHOCOLATE ORANGE SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
               ½ cup coconut milk

               ½ cup water
               2 teaspoons coconut oil
               1 teaspoon raw cocoa powder

               2 teaspoons orange extract
