INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes.





               AMERICAN PEPPERMINT PATTY SMOOTHIE or AFTER EIGHT MINTS

               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
               ½ cup coconut milk

               ½ cup water
               2 teaspoon peppermint extract
               ¼ teaspoon raw cocoa powder

               1 cup ice
               1 tsp locally sourced honey


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes.





               ORANGE VANILLA “CREAMSICLE” SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

               ½ cup coconut milk
               1 whole orange, peeled and cut into chunks
               ¼ teaspoon pure lemon extract
               ½ cup water


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend ingredients for 1-2 minutes.





               BOUNTY BAR SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder

               ¼ cup coconut milk
               ¼ cup Innocent coconut water or filtered water
