2 tablespoons fresh ginger
               1 whole lemon, peeled and de-seeded

               ¼ cup pineapple
               ¼ of an apple
               ¼ cup kale

               ¼ cup spinach
               2 cups water

               1 tablespoon chia seeds
               ¼ teaspoon agave nectar

               INSTRUCTIONS

               Blend all ingredients for 2-3 minutes. This can be quite a thick recipe so add more water or
               ice as you blend to get your desired consistency.







               SPICY GINGER LEMON SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

               1 whole lemon, peeled and de-seeded
               1 cup water

               ½ cup coconut milk
               1 tsp agave nectar
               1 chunk of fresh ginger, chopped roughly (will get about 2 tablespoons)


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes. This is a pretty strong smoothie, and the lemon can be a
               bit tart, if so add a small amount of extra agave nectar to compensate for the sharpness. This
               can also have more water added to make a longer and less intense flavoured drink.

               STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

               ¼ cup coconut milk
