GINGER MANGO SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup celery (ends cut off)

               ½ cup parsley, fresh
               1 cup filtered water
               ½ cucumber

               2 teaspoons fresh ginger
               1 cup mango

               ½ lemon, peeled

               INSTRUCTIONS

               Put everything together and blend for 3-4 minutes, start at 2 minutes, then rest for 10 seconds
               and blend again for 1-2 minutes.





               KIWI KICK SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               1 cup spinach, fresh
               1 cups water

               ½ cup mixed berries (frozen)
               1 kiwi
               ¼ avocado


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Put everything together and blend for 2 minutes.




               LEMON PEACH SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup frozen peaches

               ¼ teaspoon pure lemon extract
               ½ cup water
