½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup water

               2 teaspoons lemon extract
               1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
               ½ teaspoon locally sourced honey or agave nectar

               1 tablespoon chia seeds
               1 tablespoon flax seeds


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes. This can be quite a thick recipe so add more water or ice
               as you blend to get your desired consistency.





               BANANA NUT MUFFIN SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ¼ cup coconut milk

               ½ cup water
               ½ frozen banana
               1 tablespoon ground flax seed

               1 tablespoon chia seeds
               ½ teaspoon cinnamon


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes. This can be quite a thick recipe so add more water or ice
               as you blend to get your desired consistency.






               BLUEBERRY MUFFIN SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

               ¼ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup water
               ½ cup frozen blueberries

               ¼ small banana
               1 tablespoon ground flax seed

               1 tablespoon chia seeds
