INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes. This can be quite a thick recipe so add more water or ice
               as you blend to get your desired consistency.




               MAPLE PANCAKE SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup water

               2 teaspoons coconut oil
               ½ small banana
               1 teaspoon maple extract

               2 tablespoons walnuts
               1 teaspoon flaxseed

               1 teaspoon hemp seed
               ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
               1 tsp locally sourced honey or agave nectar

               Juice of ½ lemon (fresh only, not bottled)

               2 teaspoons fresh ginger
