               RASPBERRIES AND CREAM SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup frozen raspberries
               ¼ teaspoon pure almond extract

               ½ cup water

               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend ingredients for 1-2 minutes.





               COCONUT-MANGO DELIGHT SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup frozen mango chunks

               ¼ teaspoon pure lemon extract
               ¼ cup water or Innocent coconut water
               2 tablespoons unsweetened, un-sulphured raw desiccated/shredded coconut

               COCONUT-PINEAPPLE LIME SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

               ¼ teaspoon pure lemon extract
               ¼ cup water or Innocent coconut water
               2 tablespoons unsweetened, un-sulphured raw desiccated/shredded coconut
