INSTRUCTIONS
               Add all ingredients and blend for 3 minutes.





               CINNAMON NUT SENSATION


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup almond or coconut milk

               1 teaspoon cinnamon
               ½ cup water
               2 tablespoons hemp seeds

               1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend ingredients for 1-2 minutes.





               DOUBLE CHOCOLATE NUT MUFFIN SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ banana

               1 tablespoon natural almond butter
               ½ teaspoon cinnamon
               1 teaspoon flax seed

               2 teaspoons raw cocoa powder
               1 cup ice cubes


               INSTRUCTIONS

               Blend everything together for 2 minutes.




               LEMON POPPY SEED MUFFIN SMOOTHIE
