¼ teaspoon ground turmeric, to taste

               INSTRUCTIONS

               Blend kale, coconut milk and water until blended.
               Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth, around a minute and a half.




               HIGH ENERGY SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 Scoop Vanilla protein powder

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup water or Innocent coconut water

               2 tablespoons Brewer's Yeast
               1 teaspoon Almond Butter
               1 tablespoons Golden Flaxseed

               1-2 Pieces Kale (med – large leaves)
               1 small banana or ½ a large banana

               1 tablespoon Bee Propolis
               1 teaspoon vanilla extract


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Add everything and blend for 3 minutes.




               CRANBERRY ZING SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup kale (stalk removed)

               1 cup filtered water
               1 cup frozen cranberries

               1 orange, peeled
               ¼ banana


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend everything until smooth, around 3 minutes. TIP: Keep as much of the orange pith (the
               white part) on to add nutritional benefits. Because of the cranberries, your smoothie will be a
               purple colour.
