1 tablespoon fresh lime juice or ½ lime, juiced

               INSTRUCTIONS

               Blend ingredients for 1-2 minutes.





               FUEL IN A JAR SMOOTHIE

               *Recipe by Kristina @ FullyRaw, adapted to incorporate protein powder

               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup water or Innocent coconut water
               ½ cup spinach, fresh

               ½ cup kale, fresh, (stalks removed)
               2 small oranges, peeled or 1 large

               ¾ cups pineapple
               ½ cup water

               INSTRUCTIONS

               Put all ingredients together and blend for 3-4 minutes, you can also add a ½ cup of ice if it is
               too thick.






               POMEGRANATE CITRUS SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               1 cup spinach, fresh

               1 small orange, peeled
               ½ cup water

               ½ cup pomegranate seeds
               ½ small banana
               ½ cup ice


               INSTRUCTIONS

               Put all ingredients together and blend for 3-4 minutes, you can also add another ½ cup of
               ice if it is too thick, or just water.
