INSTRUCTIONS

               Blend everything for 3 minutes.




               CANTOLOUPE CUTIE SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup water or Innocent coconut water
               ¼ cantaloupe, ripe and rind removed (frozen)

               ½ cup grapes (frozen)
               2 teaspoons coconut oil


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 3 minutes.





               TRICIA’S BLISS
               *Recipe by my mum, adapted to incorporate protein powder

               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla Complete
               ½ small banana

               1 cup kale (stalk removed)
               ½ cup fresh lemon juice
               1 cup ice

               ¼ cup water


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend all ingredients for 3 minutes. This can sometimes be quite a thick recipe if you use
               frozen bananas, so add more water or ice as you blend to get your desired consistency.




               SUPER GREEN


               INGREDIENTS

               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               1 teaspoon spirulina powder
