1 tablespoon almond butter
               ¼ teaspoon pure almond extract
               2 tablespoons unsweetened, un-sulphured raw desiccated/shredded coconut


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend ingredients for 2 minutes.




               PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup coconut milk
               ¼ cup water

               1 tsp agave
               2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
               1 tsp mixed spice

               1 tablespoon ground flax seeds


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Combine all ingredients, blend for 2 minutes, adding a little water if needed.






               DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CAKE SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup water
               ½ avocado

               ½ banana
               1 handful spinach
               1 heaped teaspoon organic cacao nibs or raw cocoa powder
               1 tablespoon ground flax seed


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Combine all ingredients, blend for around 2-3 minutes.
