RED VELVET SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               1 cup fresh spinach

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup filtered water or Innocent coconut water

               1 cup strawberries (or cherries if you don’t prefer strawberries)
               4 dates, pitted

               ¼ cup diced raw beets
               1 tablespoon cacao nibs or raw cocoa powder
               ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


               INSTRUCTIONS

               Add all the ingredients, and blend until smooth, around 2-3 minutes.





               BLACK FOREST GATEAU

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
               ½ cup water

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ¾ cup frozen mixed berries
               ¼ cup water



               INSTRUCTIONS
               Add all the ingredients, and blend until smooth, around 2 minutes.
