½ cup water
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 cup fresh strawberries
½ teaspoon rum flavouring
½ teaspoon orange extract
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup ice
1 tsp locally sourced honey or agave nectar
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes.
PINA COLADA SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
½ cup coconut milk
½ cup water
2 teaspoons coconut oil
½ cup mango
¼ small banana
¼ teaspoon orange extract
¼ rum extract
1 tablespoon unsweetened, un-sulphured raw desiccated/shredded coconut
¼ cup pineapple chunks
½ cup ice
1 tsp locally sourced honey or agave nectar
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients for 2 minutes. This can be quite a thick recipe so add more water or ice
as you blend to get your desired consistency.
MINT JULEP DELIGHT SMOOTHIE
You will end up with a mild mint flavour if you follow the recipe exactly. If you want it to have
a stronger mint flavour, just add more fresh mint, it is excellent for your digestion so don’t
worry about putting in a healthy amount.
