PUMPKIN SPICED LATTE SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ¼ cup water
               ¼ cup decaffeinated espresso or coffee

               1 tsp agave (to add sweetness if needed)
               2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
               1 tsp mixed spice


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Combine all ingredients, blend for 2 minutes, adding a little water if needed.




               RASPBERRY COCONUT MUFFIN SMOOTHIE


               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
               ½ cup spinach

               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup coconut water or filtered water
               ½ cup frozen raspberries

               1 tablespoon ground flax seed
               1 teaspoon vanilla extract
               1 tablespoon unsweetened, un-sulphured raw desiccated/shredded coconut


               INSTRUCTIONS
               Blend spinach and liquid until smooth.
               Add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth, about a minute and a half.





               OATMEAL BANANA BREAD SMOOTHIE

               INGREDIENTS
               1 scoop Chocolate protein powder

               ½ cup water
               ½ cup coconut milk
               ½ cup gluten free oats
               1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or 3-4 med sized whole

               ½ banana
               1 cup ice
