DIVERSIFIED EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
• Financial information
• Marketing strategies
• Pending projects and proposals
Employees who improperly use or disclose trade secrets or confidential business information will be subject to
corrective action, up to and including termination of employment and legal action, even if they do not actually
benefit from the disclosed information.
In the effort to prevent accidental release of confidential business information, Insider Threat Training is assigned
to all Employees to train on how to prevent, detect and respond to phishing and threats.
Job Postings
In general, notices of all regular and part-time job openings will be posted internally. However, Diversified
reserves its discretionary right to not post a particular opening internally.
To apply for an open position, employees should complete an application on Dayforce to be recognized as an
Internal Employee Applicant. Employees are encouraged to inform their supervisors of their interest in other
positions, career plans and professional goals.
The act of applying does not guarantee selection. All qualified applicants will be given equal consideration and
the position will be offered to the most qualified individual.
Employee Referrals
Diversified encourages employees to refer qualified outside applicants for posted jobs. You should obtain
permission from each individual before making a referral and refrain from making commitments or verbal
promises of employment.
You should submit the referral's resume and/or completed referral form to the Talent Acquisition Team and the
candidate should apply indicating that they are a referral and provide the referring employee name. If the referral
is interviewed, an effort will be made to notify the referring employee of the initial interview and final selection
decision.
Please refer to the Referral Form available on OneStop for additional qualifications.
