        sustained it, while still cheating with things like champagne upon occasion.

        We strongly do not recommend this, because it may backfire. This particular
        member of our team is a health professional with 25 years of experience, so
        he knew what he was doing.

        Fasting is a deeply personal thing. We really believe that if it works for you,
        then do it. But equally, if it doesn’t, then don’t let anybody convince you of
        its merits. You have to find a plan that works for you. Only you can decide if
        fasting is it, but if you’re unsure, rather err on the side of caution and don’t
        fast. There are plenty of ways to eat at least three meals a day and still lose
        weight. We will be sharing some of them with you.

        Your eating plan for this type of diet programme

        What  we  have  done  here  is  created  a  recipe  that  you  can  use  when  you
        BREAK your fast. Here goes.

        Salmon & rosemary skewers with grilled asparagus

        Ingredients

        For the salmon:


        2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary

        2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil

        2 cloves garlic, minced

        1 teaspoon lemon juice

        ½ teaspoon salt
