Note: salmon can be pricey. As a cheaper alternative, use lean chicken, or
        have some chicken & veg broth for dinner (yes, without the bread ). We
        have a divine recipe for you.

        Asparagus can also be eaten as an in-between snack during the day. Low in
        calories,  it  is  loaded  with  nutrients  and  anti-oxidants  that  promote  overall
        health,  cell  regeneration  and  weight  loss.  It  helps  regulate  blood  sugar,
        suppresses appetite and prevents bloating.
