“starving.” Next up is lunch, which you enjoy in the corporate canteen, where
everything is served with rice or bread or potatoes. Obviously the
corporation that you work for knows that piling on the starch is the cheapest
way to feed the staff without breaking the bank.

Or perhaps you don’t work for a corporate, and you have to provide your
own lunch. So you go downstairs and get some slap chips, because they are
cheap and cheerful, and it makes for a nice filling meal. Remember also, it’s
so easy when you are 22, because your metabolism is super-fast. Try the
same lunch when you’re 50 and you will soon see the pounds piling up.

Either way (via the corporate canteen or the corner chip shop), by mid-arvie
you are hungry and then you need a pick-me-up. One of our BTC Eating Plans
people’s was chocolate and Coke! Over time, it’s a sure-fire route to
diabetes. If people feel that they can’t get through the day without a
chocolate, it’s because it has become a habit, and because they started their
        day wrong.

Your eating plan for this type of diet programme

With BTC Eating Plans, we take a far more measured approach by striking a
balance of “not too much fat,” and ensuring that complex carbs are
present. Our plans take the best ideas of Banting and incorporate them, but
we do not go overboard. Balance here is the watchword. So, if you love
Banting, we will meet your needs and then some. How does steak and
        veggies grab you? 

If you eat this meal, you will feel healthy and nourished, and you can be sure
you will lose weight if you are overweight, or maintain if you are not.
