Add garlic and red pepper to pan, and sauté for 30 seconds

        Add  soy  sauce  and  remaining  ingredients  and  bring  to  a  boil,  stirring
        occasionally (not the olive oil – this is for the veggies!)

        Reduce heat and cook for 1 minute

        Serve with steaks

        Veggies


        2 parsnips, peeled and quartered

        1 red onion, quartered

        8 mushrooms, quartered

        5 marrows, quartered

        6 patty pans, quartered

        1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed


        2 tablespoons olive oil

        Add the ingredients to a roasting pan and heat until cooked through

        Enjoy with a single glass of wine or some filtered water.
