Queen (we can SO relate, don’t worry!) is not going to burn that fat watching
        marathons of her favourite series.

        We  also  say  this  with  much  caution:  there  have  been  times  when  an
        ostensibly healthy and fit person died on the treadmill. Take yourself off to
        the  doctor  and  have  a  thorough  medical  check-up  before  you  make  any
        radical diet decisions.

        Also, the primary focus of this book is to help you with wellness and health,
        not just make you look good in the bikini (buff on the outside, vrot on the
        inside – ag nee man!). We want you to be a healthier you, not just a thinner
        you.

        Your eating plan for this type of diet programme

        We have included a plan here with a higher FAT content for those who feel
        Atkins and South Beach are more their style. It’s also a quick and easy make.

        A word of caution: this plan is still very much tempered by our desire to
        create BALANCE for you – so we’re not advocating huge amounts of fat at
        the price of your health. Rest assured – our plans are very well balanced and
        have been thoroughly researched.

        This plan includes lamb, which is a fatty meat, and also cheese and lentils –
        also with a higher fat content. Enjoy!

        Greek-style  lentils  with  lamb  chops  (this  is  a  DINNER  meal  or  a  SUNDAY
