Please  remember  that  not  all  snacks  are  equal  either  –  a  Pro-Vita  is  100
        calories without any of the toppings. You may think you ate healthily on 10
        such biscuits and toppings, but what you don’t realise as a woman is that you
        have quickly reached your 1,500  calories for the day – on one meal! So, on
        that note, rice cakes, Pro-Vitas, crackerbreads and the like are all no-no’s…

        BTC Eating Plans has a mid-morning and an afternoon snack. We harp on
        snacking so much here, because it is so important for keeping hunger at bay,
        and because of what it does for your energy and also for your metabolism. It
        brings  together  protein,  complex  carbs  and  fibre,  all  for  the  delicious  and
        tasty goodness of your body. So if you opt to do your own eating plans, then
        include  snacks  in  a  big  way.  We  can  provide  you  with  a  snack  list,  and
        anything on it is safe to eat.

        Also remember to include both shakes and smoothies, simply because they
        are  high  in  nutrients  and  are  quick,  convenient  and  easy  to  do.  We  have
        provided you with a few options here, and there are more varieties available
