        We have never advocated a life where the food choices are so healthy that
        you completely suck the fun out of life. We freely acknowledge there are
        few  things  in  the  world  more  delicious  than  a  cheesy  pizza.  However,  in
        moderation, you can literally still have your cake and eat it.

        Let’s also cover the topic of dining out and alcohol. Our social schedules tend
        to become rather manic with everything we try to cram into a day – so you
        have to make good choices. Here is some guidance for you:

              Rather opt for “clean” alcohol – red and white wine, bubbly, cane,
               whisky, gin, vodka.
              Steer clear of the mixers – and even diet cold drinks; they may be
               lower in calories but aspartame makes you eat more afterwards.
              Stay away from the silly stuff – shooters, fruit-based drinks, liqueurs.
              Be guided by 8 units a week, not all on Friday .
              For pity’s sake, do not drink and drive. The consequences are just not
               worth it.
