1 knob butter

        Melt the butter in a pot

        Add the onion and fry till golden

        Add the tomatoes and cook till soft or brown


        Add the eggs and milk

        Stir occasionally till the eggs become fluffy

        Serve hot
























        Note: This is so quick and easy, but that’s the beauty of it – eggs are packed
        with both protein and carbs, and make for the power meal you need before a
        workout.
