VA Pittsburgh Fisher House Donation
Holy Ghost BC Church McKees Rocks; Holy Ghost in North Side-
Pittsburgh and St. Andrew Parish in Gibsonia, PA collaborated to
collect much need supplies of paper goods, cleaning products and
snacks to fill the cupboards from the wish list provided by the VA
Pittsburgh Fisher House in Oakland-Pittsburgh, PA. The Fisher House
provides housing and support to families of veterans receiving
medical treatment in the VA Hospital in Oakland-Pittsburgh.

St. Vincent de Paul Fundraising Walk
There were approximately 700 people at
the St. Vincent de Paul Fundraising Walk on
Saturday, September 21, 2024 at Heckscher
State Park in Islip, NY. Shirts, water and treats
were given out to all participants. Most of the
people either walked 2 1/2 miles or 5 miles. It
was a beautiful walk through the park. It was
great having Father Jerry Ringenback there
to pray before the walk and to encourage
everyone. Thanks to the GCU for the additional
Father Jerry Ringenback gave the prayer before the walk.
