6.0  ALARP Statements


               This section details the ALARP statements for each hazard within the Hazard Log
               and  gives  the  reason  why  the  hazard  is  considered  to  be  ALARP  or  otherwise,
               however as many of the mitigations rely upon crew training and experience a training
               programme should be published and progress against the plan recorded.

               Haz 1:  This hazard is considered to be ALARP because the support team ensure the
                       test driver embarks with extreme care..

               Haz 2: This hazard is considered to be ALARP however as an added mitigation non-
                       slip strips are fitted around the embarkation area.


               Haz  3:  This  hazard  is  considered  to  be  ALARP  as  the  mitigations  in  place  are
                       deemed sufficient.

               Haz  4:  This  hazard  is  considered  to  be  ALARP  as  the  mitigations  in  place  are
                       deemed sufficient.

               Haz  5:  This  hazard  is  considered  to  be  ALARP  as  the  mitigations  in  place  are
                       deemed sufficient.

               Haz  6:  This  hazard  is  considered  to  be  ALARP  as  the  mitigations  in  place  are
                       deemed sufficient.

               Haz  7:  Having  received medical  advice  and,  when  added  to by  the mitigations as
                       described, this hazard is now considered to be ALARP.

               Haz  8:  This  hazard  is  considered  to  be  ALARP  as  the  mitigations  in  place  are
                       deemed sufficient.
