7.0 Conclusions and Recommendations

               7.1 Conclusions

After careful consideration of all the design information, operational scenarios,
operator competencies and historical quantative data it is concluded that the
immersion rigs and equipment have been manufactured, fitted out and tested
successfully that they are "Functionally Fit For Purpose". The Design, Functionality
and Operation Safety Case as reported in this document has been produced with
sufficient rigour to enable it to stand as the evidence to state that "THE DESIGN
AND FUNCTIONAL SAFETY OF THESE RIGS CAN BE JUSTIFIED".

               7.2 Recommendations

               1) It is recommended that the build quality, fitting out, system architecture and
testing is surveyed, witnessed and signed for by a "Competent Person".

               2) It is also further recommended that a maintenance plan and schedule is
produced and promulgated such that the maintenance, or lack of maintenance can
also be visible and reported against at the two annual meetings of the Osprey
               Rescue Team Ltd.
