Example Accident Severity Categories
                  Category Definition
               Catastrophic Driver or Public fatality

Hazardous Severe injuries or severe occupational illnesses to test
                                drivers, crew or public

Major Multiple minor injuries or minor occupational illnesses to
                                test drivers, crew or public

Minor Minor injuries to test drivers, crew or public
Negligible Impact so small not considered as relevant

                                     Example Probability Ranges
Accident Occurrence during operational life considering all
                Frequency instances of the system
Frequent Likely to occur often during the operation of these rigs

Probable Unlikely to occur often but may occur several times during
the total operational life of these rigs

Occasional Unlikely to occur to each rig but may occur to a one rig over
the total operational life of a number of these rigs of the
                              same type
Remote Unlikely, but may exceptionally occur

Improbable Extremely unlikely that the event will occur at all, given the
assumptions recorded about the domain and the system
