Negligible Impact so small not considered as relevant

Accident Occurrence during operational life considering all
Frequency instances of the system
Frequent Likely to occur often during the operation of these boats

Probable Unlikely to occur often but may occur several times during
the total operational life of these boats

Occasional Unlikely to occur to every boat but may occur to a few
boats over the total operational life of a number of these
boats of the same type
Remote Unlikely, but may exceptionally occur

Improbable Extremely unlikely that the event will occur at all, given the
assumptions recorded about the domain and the system
