John White – Author

John White is a Leadership Advisor for Caplor Horizons. He
has been in business for over 30 years and was Associate

Course Director at The Leadership Trust, the UK's largest

provider of open development programmes for 25 years,
working internationally with boards, top teams and

individuals on leadership development.

Ben Oldroyd – Designer

Ben is a Graphics and Visual Communication Advisor for
Caplor Horizons. He has worked as a graphic facilitator

and freelance consultant since late 2012, leaving KPMG to

start his own business at the age of 24. Since forming May
Hill Designs, he has supported and delivered work for

global organisations on five continents. He is a big believer

in the power of understanding information quickly. Ben

has designed and created the graphics for this book.

Dan Bishop – Critical Friend

Dan is an Organisational Development Advisor for Caplor

Horizons. He has worked in international development for

30 years in over 15 countries. He has leadership, board

and management experience in the not-for-profit sector

as well as previously being responsible for a large UK
business in the dairy supply chain.
