Charles Handy CBE – Author

Charles Handy is a Thought Leadership Advisor for Caplor
Horizons. He is a writer, broadcaster and lecturer. He

regularly features among the top names in Thinkers Fifty,

the list of international management thinkers, and in 2011

was awarded their first Lifetime Achievement Award. His

books on the changing shape of work and its effects on
our lives and organisations have sold two million copies.

Dr Vicki Howe – Author

Vicki is a Sustainability and Leadership Advisor for Caplor

Horizons. She is a marine biologist and worked as a marine

environmental consultant. Vicki works as an independent
leadership trainer, lecturer, tutor and coach and has a

particular interest in experiential learning and developing

training materials which can be used as a catalyst for
conversations.
