Dr Geoff Cox – Critical Friend
Geoff is a Learning Design Advisor for Caplor Horizons. He
develops experiential learning tools and environments
within which participants explore and experiment with
the behavioural skills and competencies required to
contribute effectively to organisational development.
Geoff has been pivotal to the creation and delivery of
many of our highly distinctive tools and resources.
Veronica Golding-Fletcher – Critical Friend
Veronica is a monitoring, evaluation and learning
specialist. She currently works for All We Can, supporting
monitoring, evaluation and learning across their global
portfolio of international development and humanitarian
response programmes.
Shivani Singhal – Critical Friend
Shivani is a Worldly Advisor for Caplor Horizons. Based in
Udaipur, India, Shivani is head of her family foundation,
Dharohar, which is also a partner of Caplor Horizons. Here,
she inspires her team, volunteers and students to love
learning and see wonder all around them. She believes
deeply in the power communities have to tackle their own
challenges if given the chance and the confidence.
