Prof Sharon Turnbull – Editor and author
Sharon is a Board Advisor for Caplor Horizons. She is a
leadership development specialist and academic who has
published widely in the field of leadership, and whose
interests include organisational culture and change.
Sharon has a PhD in Management and an MBA. Sharon is
Cycle Director of the International Masters Programme in

Practicing Management.

Dr Ian Williams – Editor and author

Ian is the Co-Director of Caplor Horizons. He is a specialist
in strategy and organisational effectiveness. He is a long-

standing Non-Executive Director at Haygrove. He has over

20 years’ experience as a CEO, working with a wide range

of people in the UK and internationally. He has a PhD in

strategy and has facilitated and led programmes with a
wide range of organisations in more than 15 countries.

Dr Ann Alder – Author

Ann is a Facilitator and Experiential Learning Advisor for

Caplor Horizons. She specialises in transferring knowledge
and skills, gained through over 30 years in learning and

development, to other professionals through her writing,

coaching, mentoring and delivery of highly regarded

workshops. Ann has been pivotal to the creation of many
of our highly distinctive tools and resources.
