About the Contributors

Rosie Bishop – Lead editor, author and designer

Rosie is the Director of Development at Caplor Horizons.

She is motivated to address issues relating to
sustainability, poverty reduction and gender equality. Her

background is in international development. At Caplor

Horizons, Rosie has worked with many not-for-profit

organisations across the UK and internationally, including
in Ireland, India, Kenya and The Gambia.

Simon Oldroyd – Editor, author and designer

Simon is a Founder Advisor for Caplor Horizons. He has

operated at board level for over 30 years, strengthening

and leading teams to maximise company effectiveness

and ensure sustainable business development. Formerly a
group sales and marketing director, he has a solid track

record of using strategic planning to successfully build

commercial initiatives.

Lorna Pearcey – Editor and author

Lorna is the Co-Director of Caplor Horizons. She has
worked at a senior leadership level for over 20 years. She

is an effective communicator, highly experienced in

facilitation and has wide ranging experience of strategy
assessment and development. She has worked with a

range of diverse organisations and groups in over 15

countries.
