6. Hazing or Any Form of Physical Injuries
Hazing or any form of physical activity that causes injuries, damage or prejudice to
any student, for the purpose of initiation, admission or continuance of membership in
any organization, society or group, whether open or secret is NOT ALLOWED.
For this purpose, the members who were present shall be liable whether they actually
participate in the hazing or not. The officers of the organization, society or group, shall
also be liable, whether or not they were present during the hazing incident. Any faculty
member, school employee or official who was present shall also be liable.
