FINANCIAL POLICIES

A. Installment due and bouncing check Penalty

1. Late/non-payment penalty is charged for each installment, one month from
the due date.

2. Bouncing check/s are charged a fixed amount of penalty for each check
issued and for each time it bounced.

B. Payment of previous semester/academic year balance

1. Payment of previous semester/year’s balance with penalty must be paid in
full and in CASH before re-admission or request for credentials.

2. Payment of previous semester/year’s balance with penalty may be paid by a
dated check but subject to clearing of the check before re-admission or
request for credentials.

C. Request for change of school fees assessment plan
1. Change of Plan-A to installment basis is not accepted.

2. Change of plan from installment basis to Plan-A is only acceptable before the
month of the first term exam.

3. Change of installment Plan is only allowed for Plan D to C or Plan C to B
before the first due date or the month of the first term exam whichever comes
first.

D. REFUND POLICY FOR WITHDRAWAL OF ENROLLMENT

Official withdrawal - when the parent/student has filled-out and submitted the
Withdrawal of Enrollment Form to the Registrar's office and approved by the
concerned department heads.

1. Official withdrawal was made within one week from start of classes 90% is
refunded
