            KEAP is our CRM system which we use for:
             •  Member records


             •  Sending email broadcasts
      4      •  Member’s event history
             •  Viewing member demographics
             •  Event attendee lists

            There are instructions on SharePoint that will help you
            do the following:
             •  Send an email broadcast
             •  View the email broadcast reports
             •  View Regional Group Members
             •  View custom fields in saved searches - this can be
               used for viewing the demographics of the members
               in your region
