Benefits Costs




      All 100% FTE staff members will pay a percentage of the cost of
      their health benefit premium equivalent each school
      year.  Currently, the percent paid is 12%.  This amount may be
      adjusted as needed during the year as approved by the
      Board.  Eligible staff members who are less than 100% FTE but at
      least 40% FTE will receive a prorated portion of the district’s cost
      for the health benefits premium equivalent if the staff member
      chooses to have the health benefit coverage, and the staff

      member will pay the difference in the cost of the benefits

       Your dependents can also enroll for coverage, including:
            •  Your legal spouse
            •  Your children up to age 26.



      Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
      Our health benefits program reflects our commitment to a healthy

      at 8640 S. Howell Avenue, in the 9th Grade Center at the Oak
      Creek High School.  This must be done within 30 days of
      enrollment or qualifying event.
