APPLY FOR A NEW BUSINESS PERMIT

Business Permit Application
Fill-out the Unified Business Permit Application Form via the QC e-Services portal.

WHAT TO SUBMIT OR UPLOAD:
1) SEC, DTI or CDA Registration
2) Proof of right to use the property (Contract of Lease or Tax Declaration)
3) Valid ID of the owner

IF FILED BY A REPRESENTATIVE:
Authorization template downloadable via the QC e-Services portal
Valid ID of authorized representative

Release of Tax Bill for Payment via e-mail
Applicant can pay at the CTO Cashier at the BOSS or CTO Satellite Offices or
ONLINE via the QC Pay Easy portal either on the same day of application or at a
later date.
If payment is made ONLINE, CTO will validate payment and tag the
application as paid in the OUBPAS System

If payment is made ON-PREMISE (CTO) or at various QC
BUSINESS CENTERS, the system automatically tags the application as
paid.

Release of Business Permit
E-copy of the Business Permit is released via EMAIL once CTO tags the application
as paid or Official Receipt is presented at the BOSS.

Releasing Unit processes the DELIVERY of the original copy of the permit together
with regulatory permits and clearances.
