Working in Quezon City? One of the
requirements is for you to have an
Occupational Permit.

First, log on to https://qceservices.quezoncity.gov.ph/ and submit the
accomplished form online together with the necessary supporting documents,
depending on your application type.

Should the application require additional supporting documents, a personnel
from the concerned office will contact the applicant.

Workers need to set an appointment online with the BPLD and submit
the requirements on their scheduled appointment.

Please take note that the validity of Occupational
Permit is one year from date of issue.
