This is to inform you that the Global Positioning Systems (“GPS”) program in company issued phones cannot be turned
off and altered with individual control.
As we announced by the company policy previously, this tracking system will assist the Company in locating lost cell
phones, training employees, avoiding theft, and ensuring employee safety etc.

ACI IT Manager will contact each individual whose GPS systems has been reported disabled/malfunctioned and this
should be corrected by tomorrow 7/27/2016 or report to me to reschedule.
Any attempts to alter, destroy, or damage the GPS systems shall result in immediate discipline and its corrective action.
Any employee who has a question of this policy, please visit to ACI HR, Chris Kim or Mr. Kang for a meeting.
