A: Learning English was so difficult at first that I thought I would never speak.

B: Really? It wasn't hard for me to speak, but writing is still hard.

Watching a friend compete in a dance contest was se a great experience that I decided
to learn how to dance. Despite my lack of rhythm, I wanted to learn. I watched such many

YouTube videos that I started to dream about dancing. However, I got very frustrated. It was

so hard for me to learn from the videos that I almost gave up. Then, my friend told me about a
dance class. I signed up, but the first time I went I was shy that I couldn’t move. In spite of my
fear, I kept going. I had so few free time that I couldn't practice a lot. But a half hour before

dinner every night, I put on music and practiced the steps I had learned in class. Because the

teacher's patience, I eventually learned to dance. I’m such good dancer now that I’m going to be
my friend’s partner in a dance contest. As a result my experience, I am convinced that a person
can learn just about anything. All you need is the desire and an effective way to learn.
