   p- Organise the body of the memorandum
      carefully:

       After the introduction, a business memorandum usually
contains an additional two to four paragraphs before concluding.
The content and organisation will vary depending on the
memorandum's topic. Business memorandums should have clear
sections with subheadings or subtitles so that the recipient can
read and understand the massage easily.

       Therefore, the focus of each subsection must be clear to
the audience. The first sentence of each subsection or paragraph
should tell the audience what the main point of that section is.
The paragraphs or sections of the memorandum should be
focused on just one idea.

       The use of bullet points can also help in highlighting
important points, which can help recipients to read the
memorandum more quickly and efficiently. For example, you
might include all of the following subsections when writing
about the use of social media as a new advertising policy e.g. "A
