4.1 Important rules for writing an effective business
   communication:

       The body of any written form of business communications
   i.e. business correspondences should contain the message you
   want to send. It is important to convey this message in
   comprehensible English i.e. writing in an easy and natural
   way without becoming long-winded.

       There are important rules that should be considered when
   writing an effective business communication; correspondence,
   which are indicated in the following points:

   a- Consider the interests of recipients:

       Being aware of the interests of recipients means that you
   should always put yourself in the place of the recipients of
   your written communication and try to imagine how they will
   totally understand what you have written.

       In this case, you can ask yourself 'How would I feel if I
   received this message?' You should anticipate the recipient's
   needs, interests, wishes and problems, and consider how they
   can be met.
