4.3 Business letter's styles:
Business letters have more than one style and each style
has its own features and rules of writing as indicated in the
following points:
4.3.1 Full block style or block letter style:
Full block style or block letter style format is the widely
utilised form of business letters to correspond amongst
businesses and between customers and businesses.
There are some important characteristics of this type of
business letters that should be considered, as indicated below:
a- All texts are aligned to the left margin and all lines are left
justified.
b- Paragraphs are not indented.
c- Paragraphs are separated by double or triple spacing.
d- Everything is followed by a single blank space in most
cases.
e- There are three or four spaces after the date.
f- There are two spaces after the body.
g- There are three or four spaces after the closing for the
signature.
