   4.3.2 Semi-block letter style:

       A semi-block style is rather similar to a block style in its
appearance, but it has a bit informal appearance.
The important characteristics of this type of business letters are:

   a- The beginning of each paragraph is indented five spaces.
   b- All paragraphs are aligned to the left margin.
   c- All paragraphs are separated by a double line space.

   4.3.3 Modified block letter style:

       The modified block style is applicable to both print and e-
mail correspondence.
The important characteristics of this type of business letters are:

   a- All text is aligned to the left margin, except for the author's
       address, date, and the complimentary close.

   b- The beginning of each paragraph is indented five spaces,
       along with the subject line, if utilised.

   c- The author's address, date, and closing are usually indented
       three inches from the left margin, but they can be set
